Q. What is the minimum order that we can place ?

A. Minimum order is just US$50.(you may even order one pc per style)

Q. Can I remit payment through credit card?

A. For payments of order worth US$500.00 or below, you may remit the payment through credit card. We use CCAvenue to accept all major credit cards and your transaction is secure! You shall be charged by CCAvenue. It charges 8% commission on all the transactions, which must be to the account of the buyer. Please note that the shipping address should be same as billing address. Order shall be dispatched in the name of card holder only. For payments of order worth above US$500.00, see other payment options.

Q. Can I pay by paypal?

A. Yes, you may pay by paypal to payment@beaded-jewellery.com. Simply visit http://paypal.com and proceed. Extra 8% commission charges are payable by the buyer if remmtting through paypal.

Q. Why do you charge extra 8% if remmitting through paypal?

A. Paypal charges us 4% on each transaction made and charges us further to transfer funds to India. It takes about 2 months for the payment to show into out account and our bank charges us still further to clear the funds received through paypal checks. All these sum upto 10% extra charge. However, we charge our customers only 8% extra.

Q. What shall be the courier charges on my order?

A. Once you check out the shopping cart, simply fill up a form that appears thereafter and click on Submit My Order. Shopping cart will generate the courier charges for orders worth US$500.00 or below automatically. You may proceed and remit the payment for your order through credit card.

Q. How can I remit through other payment options?

A. Once you check out the shopping cart, simply fill up a form that appears thereafter and click on Submit My Order. We will receive your order list, once you have clicked on Submit My Order. We shall revert back with full details on other payment options within 24 hrs. You may then proceed, upon the receipt of our e-mail.

Q. I can not see the courier charges on my order?

A. Shopping cart will not show the courier charges on order worth above US$500.00. Once you check out the shopping cart, simply fill up a form that appears thereafter and click on Submit My Order. We will receive your order list, once you have clicked on Submit My Order. We shall revert back with full details on courier charges and payment options within 24 hrs. You may then proceed, upon the receipt of our e-mail. We do not accept credit cards for orders worth above US$500.00. See other payment options.

A.  All payment should be made in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. We give the following options for payment :

  • Q. Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges ?

    A.  Orders are shipped by Courier. After the dispatch of the shipment through courier, the customer shall be provided a tracking number, which can be tracked on the respective courier company's website. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the customer, the shipment shall be deemed to be delivered to the customer. 

    Q. Will I get the exact styles, I order?

    A. Small orders are executed out of existing stock only. Assorted colors shall be sent. We do not offer any type of guarantee. Due to fast rotation of our styles, there is a possibility that we run out of stock of some of the items, at the time of execution of order. In this case we shall contact you. You may please then suggest the alternative styles which we should send in lieu of the same. We do not replace anything on our own.

    Q. What is the return policy?

    A. All the returns(only damaged or defective) must be intimated and returned within 3 days of the receipt of the parcel. All the shipping charges for returning the items must be borne by the customer. We shall adjust the value of items received back, in the further orders. Courier charges are non refundable.
